Powerlifting training program

With this premade muscle building program you can get started lifting right away. This program is based on a 3-split, which means that the muscle groups are divided into 3 different training sessions. One session for legs, one session for chest, shoulders and triceps and one for back and biceps.
 

Each excercise comes with instructions in form of both text as well as images (of Knoff himself) showing you how to perform every excercise to perfection.
