Maximal strength and muscle volume (powerbuilding)
This is a training program I have been using for many years in my training career. The goal setting with this program is to:
-increase muscle mass
-increase maximal strength
The training program is a mix between bodybuilding training and powerlifting. The program is built on compound movements focusing on adding strength combined with isolation exercises focusing on muscle hypertrophy to increase muscle volume.
