Hi, I’m Fredrik Knopf, widely known in the Warcraft 3 community as KNOFF. With over 20 years of dedicated gameplay, I’ve experienced the evolution of the game firsthand, honing my skills through countless ladder matches and intense competition. My journey in Warcraft 3 has been filled with memorable victories, including top finishes in the European Nations Championship, where I placed second and third, and the pinnacle of my competitive career—winning DreamHack Winter 2008. These experiences have shaped my deep understanding of game strategy, mechanics, and mindset, which I now channel into coaching to help others elevate their gameplay.
Beyond the virtual battlefield, I am passionate about helping people achieve their best, both mentally and physically. I work daily with Well365 AB, where I assist individuals and companies in improving their fitness and overall well-being through personalized training programs and expert guidance. My approach combines discipline, motivation, and tailored solutions to meet your unique goals.
